PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
  • Develop a sales strategy for approval by management
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work hand in hand with development team and management
  • Clearly articulate technical features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Coordinate sales effort with Business Development and Marketing
  • Arrange meeting and demonstrations with clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and work closely with Business Development department to finalize agreements.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS/MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in business, or related field.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to supervise, delegate, and develop capacity
  • Ability to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension.
  • Team player
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
